Kristin: Hello, world! I've been toying around with the idea of creating a blog for gluten free folks like myself for a long time now... so here it is! Girl vs Gluten is my new way of sharing all that I've learned over the past 6+ years of being gluten free. By way of introduction, my name is Kristin and I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over 6 years ago and have been strictly gluten free since. I do not claim to be an expert, a dietitian, or a doctor. However, I have learned to live this lifestyle the best that I can, and have attempted to maintain a good sense of humor about it in the meantime. I hope that you find this blog to be useful, whether you are newly gluten free and don't know where to turn, or you have been gluten free for a long time and are just looking for a different perspective, or if someone close to you is gluten free - I hope to share helpful information for all of you.
